If I could have chose all five options; Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality, I would have. We re-tiled a shower and part of the separate tub area with Sean Evans. After he removed some of the old tile in the shower, it became apparent there was water damage. While we weren’t planning on tiling the entire shower, it became obvious that was the right way to do it to determine if there was water damage elsewhere. I was concerned that was outside of his purview, but not so. He was able to do the entire job, which included replacing the sheetrock with HardieBacker cement board, and did it right. It was a 10 day job completed 1/30/23 and the final product is outstanding. He’s very detailed oriented and has high standards. I can’t say enough about his work ethic and how he conducts his business. He was at our house from 8a-5p sharp every day until the job was complete. My wife decided she wanted to re-plumb the entire shower valve AFTER he hung the cement board. He was like, “It is what it is,” and did what it took to precisely cut and remove a section he just put up days earlier. Our biggest concern was working with a capable, reputable craftsman. He was at our house 4 hours after I contacted him on ND to quote the job…and on a Saturday no less! I could keep going, but if anyone reading this is planning any tile work whatsoever, please give Sean an opportunity to quote it. He really earned our business. Thank you Sean!

We used SC Evans tile to redo our laundry room. From start to finish, we were happy with everything. The estimate was done and back to us with a quote quickly. The quality of work was excellent. Communication through out the project was great. We really appreciated the efficiency on the project. Overall we were very happy with the work and we would definitely use Sean from SC Evans tile again.
