- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our inspection fee is $99, and that amount is applied toward the cleaning if the customer moves forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a full inspection of the system, including ducts, registers, return lines, and supply boxes. We take photos and explain everything in detail so the customer knows exactly what needs attention. From there, we provide an estimate for either basic or deep cleaning, or for any necessary repairs. If the customer approves, we often complete the work the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am HVAC certified and CSI certified, which allows me to handle everything from unit replacement to ductwork repairs. I’ve also completed specialized training in chimney inspections and cleanings, ensuring every job is performed to code and documented with photos for customer peace of mind.
