These guys came out, replaced some sprinkler heads. Came across a broken pipe that I said I’d pay them to fix. Then put the wrong head on the broken sprinkler and tried to gaslight me that it was getting all the grass wet in that corner- which it wasn’t. I’m 50 and know what wet looks like. I asked them to weed-eat above all the sprinkler heads, instead they used scissors on a few. They left the trash in the lawn- old sprinkler heads, a cup they used to scoop mud, and branches they trimmed instead of removing. (The entire limb that got struck by lightening and was hanging from the tree.) Then aggressively spoke to me when I wasn’t going to pay them until the job was done. Finally, they agreed to come back the next day for $100 more dollars and fix the sprinkler head, and I guess as a gesture bring me some free mulch (probably so I wouldn’t write this review.) At that point, I said forget it don’t come back because I couldn’t get a hold of my boyfriend, and did not want them back without him being home! Then they left and I realized they never touched 2 of the heads in the very front door area. Ugh… I sent a picture and they said it wasn’t their fault lol, but they’d be back to fix it. Guess what? It’s been a week and they have not. Sad thing is I read the other reviews and went with them. I spent $600 and the job still isn’t done, so now I need someone else. If you want bare minimum- these are your people.
