He came on time, did a detailed diagnosis of my system explained me what went wrong by showing the leak in evaporator coil. I spoke with several other vendors and everyone was trying to sell me whole unit or expensive repair. Edsel not only gave reasonable quote for fix and did a great job in replacing evaporator coil quickly.

They were quick and responsive, even reaching out to me late night. AC was repaired and we're back up. I do prefer repair companies to have transparency with their costs though.

Our HVAC stopped working late Sunday. Edsel showed up Sunday evening and fixed it quickly, finding an issue that had been missed by other companies multiple times. Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
