I had a very short window of time to get my house decorated and rearranged for guests. Not only did Heather come out on short notice to accommodate my schedule, she was there with a never-ending smile on her face. She put it all together faster than I could think about it! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple pricing options: An hourly fee of $125, Package pricing based on scope of project and square footage, and E-design packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a brief call to get some information and schedule a on line meet & greet to review the process and schedule an in-person consultation. The in-person consultation is a paid consultation where scope is defined and measurements are taken. From there I will develop of detailed scope of work and meet with the client to go over the details and review the contract. Once the contract is signed and payment is made I get to work!

AAS in Interior Design from Lamar University Interior Design certification Certified Home Stager and Redesigner Certified Home Marketing Specialist
