Alejandro came through for us! I messaged him as a new customer at 11:30 at night and to my surprise he responded and set up an appointment to come the next morning! This was also right in between Christmas and New Years when it's hard to get a h old of people so I was impressed. He came when he said he would, communication was effective, appointment confirmation via text and a notification when he was on his way. He had show covers on and was very respectful. He gave us great advice on our multiple slow draining sinks and shower and did a repair under our kitchen sink where we had a leak. He did his best to save us money while also providing great service. I recommend and will be using again in our next plumbing situation!

We hired an independent contractor that didn’t complete our job and WD Plumbing was quick and responsive to resolve the issue! I would hire them again and again during to the quality and care they put into getting our bathtub back together.

I originally found a leak due to the city posting a leak detection notice on my door, along with the increased water bill. After finding out it was due to a burst pipe next to the city line, both Alejandro and Roy came out and replaced the broken pipe and installed a pressure reduction valve on the same day, replacing and installing insulation boxes on both. They did a professional job for a fair price, and left me with peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about burst landscaping pipes again.
