There is a language barrier but with text or an app it isn't an issue for the work being done. He arrived when scheduled and identified the problem quickly. He provided a quote for labor on the spot & would provide receipt for materials without stepping outside to pretend he was writing an invoice or contacting the office. He did quality work repairing the broken cooper pipe in my wall and repairing the wall after the fix at a fraction of my other quotes. I saved him as a favorite and will use him moving forward.
