I had a galaxy s10 plus that had a cracked glass. Brandon with Golden Touch was able to come to my home in Ft Worth , pickup my phone, take it to his shop in Dallas and repaid it and returned my phone to me the very next day as promised to me. Most other shops wanted to replace the screen and the glass, but Brandon was able to replace just the glass saving my about 150.00. I would definitely use Golden Touch for all my cell phones and Tablet repairs from here on out. Honestly, it’s a snow storm in Dallas and I did not expect anyone to be able to fix my phone. The customer service representative called me several times with updates on the tech ETA. Once the tech arrived, he was so professional and respectful. My phone was fixed in less than 30mins. I am forever grateful for this company. Thank you so much!!!
