Javi was great at communicating and finding out exactly what was needing to be moved and where before he committed to the job. We had two VERY heavy and large bookcases to be moved upstairs. As the second one was being moved, Javi was upfront about the possibility of them knocking a hole in the wall and asked for my decision before proceeding. Thankfully no hole was made but I appreciated his honesty and effort! He and his helper did an excellent job for a very difficult move! I will definitely use them again for any move we might have!!!

This is the second time I've hired JM Moving to assist me. I totally forgot to do a review & I'm glad I thought about it because this company is very reliable, punctual, professional, & kind. I'm a single woman living alone with no help. Both times I reached out, I felt comfortable as if this were a family friend. The last job the company did for me, I had no one & forgot about JM Moving.
