I received a call from Mark within a couple of hours of selecting them on Thumbtack. Availability for an appointment was just as fast. Charles showed up on time and was very thorough and efficient with our time. I didn't feel like I was being held hostage in my own home, which was nice. He was respectful, personable and wasn't pushy. The demonstration with the heat lamp was pretty cool and definitely showed the quality of the product. Price was half of what I was quoted from another company (same quality range). We had 9 windows installed and they came in within the 4 - 6 wk time frame that I was given. Our installer was Juan and he was great as well. Professional, easy to talk to and got right to work. I was amazed at how quickly it went and absolutely love my windows!
