In thirty years of engaging with contractors, Joe Lopez is hands down the best I have ever seen. Joe is responsive, exceptionally professional and his work quality is outstanding. I recently worked with Fast and Easy Tile for the removal of old carpet and the installation of tile I had already purchased. Joe came out to provide an estimate and was extremely attentive—he listened carefully to my requirements and ensured he understood exactly what I needed. The estimate he provided was fair and aligned with my expectations. What truly stood out was Joe’s commitment to service. He went above and beyond by picking up the tile for me and storing it in my garage until installation day. The day before the project, he confirmed everything was on schedule and provided an estimated arrival time. On installation day, the team arrived on time and got right to work. Sam, one of the team members, was professional, respectful of my home, and meticulous in his work. Every detail we had discussed with Joe was executed perfectly—without any need for reminders or follow-up. The quality of the finished work was exceptional—clean, precise, and clearly done with care and craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The guys showed up on time, the price was reasonable, they go the extra mile to make your vision come to reality. They were respectful of my time and belongings. Joe and his team are fantastic!!! I am obsessed with the new countertops and wish I had done it sooner. The price was very affordable. He was able to get me scheduled in less than two weeks, and job done in two days!!! (Including installing two fans and lights for me!) He cleaned up after himself and ensured I was satisfied before he left. I cannot recommend him enough! Thanks again.
