Great job. I would pick all 5 qualities if I could. Professionalism, Quality, Value, Punctuality, and Responsiveness. Jairo Segura took care of unclogging our drains perfectly and we are incredibly happy with the results. They responded right away, were available exactly when we needed, showed up on time, and did phenomenal work. We discussed our problem and they solved them all. They brought a camera to diagnose the problem and see the clog in the drain and had the right tools to resolve it.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Segura’s Plumbing. My gas tankless water heater went out yesterday afternoon, and Segura quickly responded to my request for help. They showed up today (less than 24 hours later) and installed a brand new water heater in 2 hours. As a woman, I often feel like I’m getting quoted exorbitant prices with the assumption that I don’t know how much things cost. Segura gave me a fair price on labor and picked up the new water heater for me. They broke down their price between labor and materials so I knew exactly what I was paying for. They even unclogged my sink while they were here. I will absolutely use them again for all my plumbing needs. I’m so relieved to have hot water again! 10/10
