At Excellence IT, we are serious about operating in a spirit of excellence! We want you to have a 5 star experience EVERY TIME. We are also FULLY insured. TRIP FEE: Any job that is more than 25 miles from Forney, TX will incur a $30 trip fee. WE DO NOT offer furniture assembly, installing shelves, curtain rods, hanging pictures, etc TV Mounting - We cannot hide wires on stone/brick/tile if the holes are not pre made. - We only offer 2 different types of wire hiding: 1. electrical outlet installation and hiding HDMI/AV cables in the wall 2. Cord cover. 3. Recessed Box Internet Services - 2 hour minimum on Network jobs. - We are unable to run new Ethernet drops in 2 story homes. - We are unable to setup fiber internet. - COMPUTERS - - We do not provide soldering services. - Standalone monitors CANNOT be repaired. A new one will have to be purchased. - We do not perform cleaning services for water damaged computers. The success rate is very low. HOME SECURITY/CAMERAS - 2 Hour minimum for actual job. This is after initial service fee visit. THANK YOU!

Computer Repairs - Prices are hourly. Smart Home - Smart home services are per device installation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They will reach out to me about the desired service and then depending on the service that is needed, I'll ask questions to see what the solution should actually be and if I'm actually a fit for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some post secondary education for computer repair, however, most of my training has come from just getting my hands on broken computers, looking at youtube videos, researching forums about the issues and figuring the issue out and resolving it. I don’t have any formal training with mounting TVs. I learned from watching other techs and YouTube videos.
