- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. I usually price by the foot. However, the pricing by foot always fluctuates do to the price in material going up and down. I have a relationship with many different material companies to ensure the best quality and lowest price for all of my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually schedule the customers free estimate via phone or email and then I come out to the property and take all the measurements. I them provide them with their quote. If hired, I strive to see my customers smile after every job! I am not hip to the modern "internet" world, I am more old book and enjoy shaking the hands of my customers. I like to have a face to face relationship with all my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been on the job since I was 12 years old. I worked for my fathers fencing company. I moved up to a foreman at another fence company until I went on to start my own business.
