I've been using Miller Pool Group since my pool opened. I even stopped using them one time and thats was not fun. So I came back. Honesty and professionalism are number one here and you won't be disappointed!!

Hired on Thumbtack
Hired over the telephone, I was out of town when they "serviced" my pool. I was given no feedback. When I asked, I was given no specific information about the condition of my pool, only that they vacuum, clean the filter basket, and adjust the chemicals. Still away, my neighbor sent me a video of a horrible sound coming from my filter and I had them shut off the filter to the pool. I sent the video to Dustin and he told me to put water in the pool. I asked for Dustin to go check my pool he said he would do so late that evening. I got no response, so the next day I texted him and got no response. He finally responded with the fact that for him to go back after the normal cleaning would be an extra charge.
When I got home, my zodiac was disconnected and my pool looked OK. But for 47.50 for one week, I experienced stress and doubt. Oh and also, Dustin expected me to pay for the entire month in advance, sending me a request for $220.

The Miller Pool Group is by far the best all around Pool servicing company! We love to see Dustin every week come and diligently take care of our pool with great detail and pride in his work. As new pool owners we tried several other companies with horrible service. We are so happy we found them!!
