Hai was SUPER quick to reply to our request for a quote even on a weekend. He came exactly when we wanted him too and was very timely and responsive. He was very efficient and friendly making us feel very comfortable as a single female. He diagnosed the problem easily after explaining he ONLY worked on refrigerators. He gave a discount for being a senior (and other categories such as military, first responders, teachers, etc) He showed up with a rolling parts store with him and was ready to fix the problem on the spot. He explained what he did and why we had the problem. He also gave us a 90 day warranty on his work along with a written receipt. He asked if we were happy and had any questions several times to be sure we really were. He also gave us a formula to use. If the repair costs 50% or less of a new refrigerator then repair...do not replace. Older refrigerators are built better and have less issues than newer ones. He also explained why that is happening as well. He was a wealth of information, charged a fair price, showed up timely, texted confirmations and schedule adjustments, was tidy, did his work quickly and was very personable and friendly. He was a hard worker and truly knows the meaning of customer service.

We discovered fridge had stopped working on a Thursday night. I immediately went to Thumbtack to research repair services and found Hai. I sent the query in around midnight (Not expecting to hear until morning) but within 10 mins he had responded and schedule to come beyween 12-2pm on Friday and had it fixed and up and running by 3pm.
