Jeff explained the process in detail over the phone and assured good quality work. I had booked him for Friday but it took him longer on his current job but he communicated that if he won’t be able to come, he would get to me first thing next day. I told him that I have to leave in the afternoon that day. He showed on next morning even though it was raining, he replaced the valve and completed the job before I had to leave. I am happy with his work and reasonable price. I would rehire him if needed.

I contacted Jeff late in the evening yesterday cos I needed to get my dryer hooked up and new shower heads installed. He called almost immediately and said he would come the next morning.
