Corey responded to my inquiry immediately and we were able to make an appointment the next day. He was prompt, easy to communicate with, interested in us as well as our piano - which hadn't been tuned in years. He cleaned, tuned and raised the pitch. It sounds great. He explained what he was doing and answered our questions. We were impressed with his thoroughness - and his playing when he finished. We enjoyed his visit and would definitely have him back.
