- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Flash Property Services, our pricing is transparent and straightforward. We provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees. For larger jobs, we can work with Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts to help you control costs. We also offer volume and repeat-customer discounts for property managers, investors, and multi-property owners. Every quote includes labor, materials (if requested), and applicable fees, so you always know what to expect before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start with a new customer, we keep it simple and organized: Initial Contact – We confirm the scope of work, collect the service address, etc. Estimate or NTE – Depending on your preference, we either provide a detailed estimate or proceed under a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount. Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule the job at a convenient time for you. Service & Updates – Our technicians arrive on time, complete the work, and keep you updated throughout the process. Completion & Follow-Up – We review the finished work, confirm your satisfaction, and provide a clear invoice. This process ensures transparency, quick turnaround, and peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership and team bring decades of hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, and real estate management. We’ve built and managed multi-state maintenance operations, trained technicians across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting, and worked directly with asset management companies nationwide. Our technicians hold the necessary trade licenses, certifications, and safety training to ensure every job is done right the first time. In addition, our supervisors and coordinators are trained in work order systems, NTE controls, and compliance requirements to give property owners and managers confidence in both quality and cost control.
