After 1st visit it didn’t get complete and had to come back a second time. Currently, awaiting to see that the refrigerator works correctly…still too early. I requested an itemized receipt and Jason said he sent it, but haven’t received it yet.

The technician came and charged around $280 to get an ice maker from LG. I paid but have not yet heard back when they are coming back to install the ice maker in the LG refrigerator which the technician said was bad. I followed up and it’s been 3 weeks and have been told that the technician has not received the part. This is extremely frustrating as I have been waiting now for 3 weeka
