Freddy is an outstanding professional with in-depth knowledge of air conditioning repair. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and made sure everything was fixed thoroughly. While we did experience an initial hiccup due to a faulty replacement part, Freddy took full ownership—he followed up as soon as we informed him and resolved the issue promptly, even in our absence (with our permission).
