We operate as a flat-rate company, meaning that all prices are provided upfront following a thorough diagnosis and will remain consistent throughout the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will promptly arrange the job to align with your preferred timing. Once scheduled, a technician will visit to assess the situation and provide you with a quote. If you’re satisfied with the quote, we can proceed with the work on the same day, provided there are no obstacles. Examples of such obstacles include: a dig test, financing requirements, or special-order parts.
