2 freezers had a "high temp" alert on front panel. The tech worked for an hour or so, consulting with various others at the company, and finally concluded that the issue was ventilation and running in a warm garage. Suggested adding a fan to cool the units, which we will pursue. The tech explained the issue and what he had checked fully and clearly. As English is a second language for him, I was impressed with how well he articulated such a complex explanation. Finally, I was surprised and delighted when they waived the trip charge, which I had not requested! Will definitely use Assist Appliance Repair again in the future.
