Cool_Again made first visit on September 2nd and diagnosed my Whirlpool oven within 30 minutes, faulty control board. We looked up prices for a couple of different replacements and decided on the one that best fit my budget. Cool_Again let me know the part would be ordered the same day, and once received, he would be back to replace. Came back about a week and a half later to install. The replacement part was faulty😫 He assured me he would have the part returned and then come back again. I received a message on September 21 that the new part arrived and set a time between 10 and 12. Cool_Again arrived early , a little after 10. Had the part replaced and oven working in about 40 minutes! I can bake again and FOREVER THANKFUL for his work!
