They arrived on time and got started right away with the removal of the old carpet. The carpet choice we picked was great for our needs. They were very understanding of our problem room we had where the carpet and subfloor smelled from the previous owners. They allowed some time for us to treat the subfloor in the room while they finished up the other rooms. They cleaned up any mess they made and left us with beautiful carpet that we now enjoy comfortably.

I worked primarily with Moises of this family business, though everyone I interacted with on their team was great to work with. Very reasonable pricing, and thanks to great communication skills and attention to detail, we were able to get an idea of what we wanted and set up a scheduled installation with one visit. After that, Moises and his team were on time for the installation and extremely professional. All materials were top notch and care was taken with installation from start to finish. This is how businesss and customer service SHOULD be done. House looks fantastic and feels even better when walking on it.
