Kaitlyn W. says, "We recently moved into our first house, and it was clear that many parts of the house had not been maintained or repaired. Our biggest issue was our air ducts had been chewed through in multiple areas which was causing air to leak out into the attic. On top of that, the original insulation was degraded, and it was only a couple of inches thick. Our first electric bill was through the roof, so we decided to get the issue remedied. We received several quotes from different companies and EZ Attic gave us the best price out of all of them. They absolutely exceeded our expectations. The other companies only wanted to sanitize the old insulation and pack new insulation on top. EZ Attic removed all the old insulation and debris and then sanitized before adding new insulation. They replaced our entire air duct system and cleaned/sanitized the furnace and air intake. They also did some extra work that was not in the quote, and they did not have to do. Our air is now fresh, and the insulation is definitely doing its job. After the crew had left, we noticed that the heat wasn’t working properly. A small wire had come loose as our house is old. Roni drove all the way back up personally to fix the issue himself, even though we live over an hour away from his office. You can just tell he is a good guy and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. For the price, customer service, and the extra mile they went, EZ Attic has all the major HVAC and insulation companies beat. Anyone looking for insulation, air duct, or attic solutions: look no further because you’re not going to find an owner that cares more than Roni does about his customers and his quality of work. He even took before and after pictures of every single project they worked on in my house, just to show me exactly what was done and that it was done right.
