Steven was a lifesaver! Our tenant reported that one of their windows was leaking dramatically. I wasn’t in town and reached out to Steven, who responded immediately with availability the next day. He arrived promptly and on time and performed an excellent repair! I’m so grateful to folks like him who do what they say they’re going to do. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. If I could give HTX Glass and Steven 10 stars, I would. From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of amazing, and it’s not often I say that about any service these days. If you’re in Houston (or the surrounding areas) and need glass repair, custom installation, frameless showers, storefront glass, mirrors—you name it—Steven is your guy. Period.
Let’s start with communication—Steven is one of the most responsive, polite, and knowledgeable business owners I’ve ever worked with. I reached out for a quote on a custom frameless shower installation, and not only did I get a response the same day, but Steven actually took the time to ask me questions about my project, offer design suggestions, and explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand.
When it came time for the installation, his crew showed up on time, were super respectful of my home, and honestly worked like a well-oiled machine. He was quick to come to my house to take measurements. After the measurements, he quickly responded with a quote. The following day, he installed the screens to my windows. Excellent work! 10/10 recommend
