We had a fantastic experience with Juan and his crew from Stout Glass. From the very beginning, they were extremely easy to work with, clear communication, quick scheduling, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The repairs were done quickly and professionally, and their pricing was very fair compared to others we looked at. What stood out most was how responsive they were. Anytime I had a question, Juan got back to me right away, which made the whole process stress-free. I received message within minutes of inquiring about a repair. Karla let me know either I could call Juan or he would be in contact with me. Juan called me an hour later and I was able to let him know what I needed. This was on Monday. Juan let me know price which was very affordable compared to others and some didn’t even show up to give a quote. He was able to get a tech out later Tuesday evening and had the window installed by today which is way before he said he would be able to do it. Very professional and quick to get it the job done. Thank you so much.
