David was fantastic! Helped me pick a door, installed it beautifully and weather proofed it so we no longer have a draft. He also replaced the trim on the outside of the door that was torn up by the previous owner’s dog and matched it seamlessly. He communicated through the whole process and even did our step down and made sure the door was perfect. Can’t wait to have him do the front!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation prices vary, but very reasonable. Product can also drive up the price (ex. a $300 stock Home Depot door vs. a $2500 custom wood door) so I work with the customer to get the best product at the best price. I typically offer a multi-door discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine how extensive the project will be, as well as find out how much help the customer will need with product selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an OSHA 10 course and am lead certified. I’ve worked around construction my whole life, specifically doors since I was 15.
