Hired on Thumbtack
The company showed up and went right to work. Everything seemed to be fine until a couple of days later when they had to install the faucet in the shower. Two days after they left, I was going to try the shower out for the first time and the Handle to turn the water on came off in my hand. I called them and told them what was going on and I had no water and he said he would try to send someone out as soon as he could. I have to deal with them on text message because they do not speak English. After three days and no one has shown up, I sent him a message and he said the guy that did the plumbing did not think he was paid enough so he is not coming back to fix it. Excuse me? I fired them and I’m having to hire another plumber to come out and correct it.
