I part of the sectional sofa is a recliner chair that stopped working. Manji was amazing. I sent him a few messages with pics of the recliner and was able to fix it. He was very responsive. Came out to the house on time at the day of the appointment. Quickly assessed the issue and was able to order the part. Repaired it quickly once the part came in and made sure everything was working properly. Also protected my wood floors with the blanket. Good value as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
