I am beyond impressed with the cleaning service I received today! I live in a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment and had requested a deep clean. They sent a team of three, and in under an hour and a half they completed everything on my list with amazing attention to detail. The team was efficient, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. This is the worst company that you could ever imagine possible. This company is unreliable. They don’t show up and then they don’t make it right by sending someone else right away to fill in for the cleaning crew that doesn’t show up!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They will have you waiting all week for another cleaner that will not show up! I confirm appointment a day in advance for a cleaning for the very next day at 9 am. Around 9am no cleaner showed up. I took off of work to get a deep cleaning on my home and around 9;40 am still no cleaner showed up! Do I reached back out to the company to see hey where is your cleaner it’s 9:30 and she:they are not here. So around 10:30 a hour later the owner responds and said she’s not answering the phone! Omg are you serious! I took off of work to be stood up! Not a good start! Then she went on to say I could try to find someone else and that didn’t happen. So she put me back on the schedule for Friday of the same week and same time 9 am. I contacted them at 7:30 am to confirm if their cleaner was coming at 9 am and to be told I can’t find anyone! Another day same situation. This company doesn’t respect other people’s time! And they’re unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t hire this company. You will never get your house cleaned. They will just keep on lying to you and have you looking forward to not getting your house cleaned 😡😠😠😠
