Your appointment was rescheduled due to a graduation, which we accommodated without issue. We attempted to reach you multiple times for updates during the service visit, but communication was difficult despite you working from home. Regarding the valve covers and back gate: the valve boxes were uncovered intentionally due to being buried under overgrown grass, and they were left accessible to ensure proper location and repair. The gate being left open was an oversight, and we take responsibility for that. The locator calibration issue you mentioned was a temporary issue with a rented device, which we were in the process of correcting. We communicated our intent to return and complete the job once it was properly calibrated. The equipment malfunction was unfortunate, but not due to negligence. As for pricing: we are a licensed and insured irrigation company operating under state compliance, and our rates are aligned with Texas market standards. While we respect your decision to move forward with someone else, we strive to maintain professionalism and clarity in all our work, and your feedback has helped us strengthen our communication protocols further.
