JD does an incredible job working to diagnose and repair the issue. Although in my situation the issue wasn’t worth repair, he did a great job explaining my options and making a recommendation. He also made a brand recommendation so that I wouldn’t have to call him out for the next 25 years for my washer or dryer (speed queen) and are very happy with our unfortunate upgrade. He’s in our contacts for all our other appliances that are in our home. Whirlpool assuredly will keep him coming!

Jonathan did a great job installing hardware on all of my kitchen cabinets. He even adjusted a few of my cabinet door which were not quite level to make sure that the handles were aligned properly. Great attention to detail and pleasant to work with.
