- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive with other providers in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically visit their pool in person and then provide a quote right away. If it is a repair and the parts are in stock, we can typically do the work within 24-48 hours. If it’s a green to clean, we can usually start while I’m visiting and quoting the pool.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
