Tami was one of the most amazing things about our day! In the lead up, she helped me plan and think of so many details. She coordinated our day to run smoothly, and she went above and beyond to help setup our wedding. She was such a pleasure to work with as well and so thorough and classy. I really wish I could have pick all 5 options on this review because Penni was all that and then some. She stayed calm and did a lot of prep work before hand so that the day of was smooth! She was very organized and down to earth and helped me a lot because she obviously knows more about weddings then we did (she’s a pro and we only plan to be married once). First off, I definitely have to say Penni was my savior for my wedding! I started planning my wedding by myself before covid happened and it got wayyyy to stressful... Then Penni came to my rescue! I will say I talked to many other wedding coordinators and they all gave off a condescending vibe about how late to the game I was with everything planned. Penni was very understanding, professional, and accommodating. She didn't reprimand me for any of my "late actions" (like not having a florist booked a year out...) but worked with me to get things done. Even during covid era, she was safe, punctual, and remained professional through and through. My wedding was an absolute blast (even with a couple hiccups) and I can't thank her enough for it! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three meetings prior to the wedding day, full day of wedding coordination (approximately 10 hours), vendor management, timeline creation and management, set up and tear down, vendor's point of contact, and timely response to questions or concerns during the planning process. In addition, in my rate, I do not apply mileage fees if venue is in DFW metroplex, full day of coordination, and I offer discounts to Teachers and active Military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free 30-45 minute consultation, after selected I we will complete a contract and a deposit is requested, then 4 months prior to the wedding day we will decide on meeting dates which are typically 1 month out meeting, venue walk through, and then 1 meeting the week of the wedding day. The day of, I will meet at the venue at the stated time and stay with my bride until send off and then assist with packing up and breaking down.
