Hathaway Services was exceptional! They made room for our service in their busy schedule to install a 48” refrigerator built in. They worked 5+ hours removing old commercial unit and installing new unit, always concerned to not damage the oak flooring and our custom cabinets. Work ethics were exceptional and I would recommend them for any job.

Hathaway services were very professional as well as personal. They really made me feel like I was the only customer they had, there by making me feel special. The work was completed in a timely manner, and with no mess afterward. I'm very pleased and will call on them again if I have the need. They were also very affordable. I had a house fire a few years ago. Hathaway services went above and beyond. He came right out and submitted a quote for materials and labor. Some times is best to go with small companies like this. The work took longer. But there was very little oversight and miscommunication about what I wanted like you get with bigger outfits. He and his crew re roofed the area the fire dept cut with a chainsaw. Completely removed my fire place installed a window where the fire place was. Removed the water damaged flooring and installed new. Added a ceiling fan while doing the sheet rock work. And even Completely got rid of all the insulation tanted with smoke. Will 1000% use Hathaway services again!!!

I was really having a difficult time with my sink disposal an the damage it had done to my floor! I called around an came across this kind gentleman. I expressed my worries at having to replace the entire floor with the extent of damage sustained. Not only did he take the time to reassure me but he found the exact match to my floor saving me an entire replacement! I would recommend this man to anyone an everyone. The top tier quality of work an the professional demeanor he made my problem his problem really set my heart at ease with this whole ordeal. He kept me informed every step of the way to ensure proper communication an transparency behind the work an the money involved.
