- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My diagnostic fee is $37, which goes toward the repair cost if you choose to proceed. I also offer discounts for certain areas, such as The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, New Caney, and Magnolia. All pricing is upfront with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by scheduling a convenient time for diagnostics, explaining the issue clearly, and providing a fair estimate. If the customer agrees, I proceed with the repair on the spot whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training and years of hands-on experience in appliance repair, specializing in washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and cooktops. I continually update my knowledge to stay familiar with the latest models and technologies.
