Jacob was extremely professional and easy to work with. He was responsive, respectful, and willing to do whatever it took to make sure our rodent problem was resolved. Also appreciate his willingness to work on price with us since our previous contractor went AWOL on us. Great people skills and customer service skills. I had Jacob come to my home. My chief concern was ants. He explained the products to me and was very knowledgeable about how to use the products in the home and reassured me they were safe around my dog and child.
