Steven Norton and Roof Kings really saved the day for us. My wife's elderly parents live in rural central Texas and never realized the poor condition of their roof until it began to leak after heavy spring storms. When I visited the property and got on the roof, it was apparent that it was an emergency situation. Shingles were missing and some areas had sunken. We were worried about finding an honest and competent roofer who would be willing to service a smaller country home.From the moment I spoke with Steven and met him on site, I was confident that he would treat our project with care and professionalism. His communication and accessibility was reassuring since we live 3 hours from the area and I would need to coordinate the project for my in-laws. He was always a text or call away without a long delay in responding.Steven knew how critical it was for us to get a new roof up as soon as possible since storms were still occuring frequently. Then the Temple area was hit with a tornado and high winds, I thought there would be a huge delay as Roof Kings was suddenly busy with repairs of roofs in more immediate need. But Steven kept in touch and let me know that he had us scheduled.We are so pleased with the new roof. Roof Kings handled all the rotted decking and even the fascia boards that needed replacing. The finished roof looks amazing and the Roof Kings crew cleaned everything up as if they'd never been there. Steven's easy-going nature will calm you if you are anxious about having to get a new roof. You'll probably be friends with Steven when the job is done!
