Israel is very responsive, communicate and detail oriented. He promptly responded to my request to quote on options for toilet repair and new toilet installation. We discussed the tasks and scheduled the job. Israel arrived for the job on schedule. He kept me informed each step of the way what he was doing. Israel constantly kept me updated on his arrival time. When he arrived we discussed my options for my bathroom faucet, he gave his honest opinion and went right to work. He worked tirelessly, having to deal with some very difficult and rusty pipes, but continued working until he finished the job. He made sure everything was cleaned up and double checked his work again prior to leaving. I would not hesitate to have him return to do other plumbing work for me. I am thoroughly satisfied with his work! You need to hire him!

Israel is very polite and friendly. He came to fix part of my broken bathroom faucet. He was very communicative and knowledgeable about the repair.
