Jack came out to investigate a water leak in our backyard. He gave me his opinion on what the problem was. A while later, we turned on the sprinkler system, and water started pouring out by the driveway. So we reasoned the problem wasn’t what Jack had diagnosed. So I texted him and asked him to come back. He came back in just a few hours and spent over an hour with us explaining exactly what was going on and he was correct from the start. But he was so friendly, helpful and so understanding. He really knows his business! He gave us an amazing quote on some other work we wanted done, so much lower than other companies had estimated. So I just had to give a shout out to Jack for an amazing job. Thanks, Jack!
