Competitor reached out with a quote and mentioned theyd get my glass (front window) repaired in a few days. Polar reached out and quoted me $100 better, and got my repair done same day. This was a huge relief because we didnt want a big noticeable broke front window at our house for days as there is a lot of traffic.
