I shouldve done this a long time ago because these people are fantastic. Last year they gave me a price for a big job for my Rv Park, they had to order in parts, the parts were out for a week, but in the end the part cost less than they bid. They charged me the lower amount.Today-Just before six tonight I called them because we had an elderly widow with no power to her RV. The RV technician she had called outtold her that it was our pedestals fault. We didnt want her to not have power tonight. It was discovered that it was not our pedestal, but her RV.He still took the time and was able to help so that she could have air conditioning tonight and a little electricity till she can get another rv repair service in the morning.My mom also uses them at the RV park She owns out here at the lake and they have been amazing. They always come when Called and their prices are always more than fair. Thank you for being truly inspired.

These guys did incredible work. They worked all day Friday and Saturday to get my electric up and running after I almost had a fire at my breaker box. The administrator did a great job dealing with the Kafka, like City of Austin permitting department.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $95 estimation fee that is waived if the estimate is approved. We offer a 10% discount Military/First Responder discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working is we come out to estimate the work. There is a $95 estimation but that fee is adsorbed should you accept the estimate. The reason we do this is to give you the most accurate estimate possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a Master Electrician that oversees all the work done by our techs and a state of Texas Electrical Contractor License as well.
