She asks detailed questions so she understands precisely what the client wants and needs and she asks for feedback afterwards. She is also very personable and she clearly enjoys what she does and takes pride in doing the best, most professional job possible. We are 100% satisfied and will be using her service for regular bi-weekly cleaning.
