Prickly Pear technicians were prompt and on time. They were also very polite and professional when onsite and would not enter the house unless escorted. They were very thorough in their initial investigations with a rodent problem in an attic. They were able to remove the rodents and seal off the entry points, and saved me a lot of time and money vs me doing it myself.

We had an issue with termites, ants, and wasps, but Prickly Pear came to the rescue! The crew that came out were very friendly and thorough, walking us through our issues and providing solutions. We were notified when they were on their way and when they were slated for follow-up visits. The reminders were so helpful because my work week was slammed and I forgot to write this info down! Pricing was great, but most importantly we felt very comfortable with the entire process from start to finish.They also had great routine service options which well look into more. Very thankful for their time and effort - would highly recommend!
