Abner runs the company and he answered the phone personally on the day of our move, and he found a time to come out in the evening to get blackout curtains put in so our baby could sleep well on our first night in the new house. He’s super friendly, gave us a very competitive price for the service, and was very professional. We’re saving this company to use for all future handyman / general contractor work!

I met Abner of LEAP Facility Services by accident in the immediate aftermath of the May 28, 2025, thunderstorm. 2 and a half months later and I'll emphatically state it has been one of the very BEST encounters.Working in commercial property management makes you realize how important it is to have a list of vendors that you trust and can count on for a wide variety of services.Finding highly specialized vendors (plumbers, HVAC, Elevator Maintenance) is difficult. Finding a company that has the skills to address multiple issues, when you need them, for a reasonable price, is almost impossible.My relationship with LEAP, and Abner, has been incredible. When I call, I almost always get a human. If I don't, I get a call back very quickly. (Less than 30 minutes)I've engaged them to do a post-storm clean-up, to clean gutters, to do a makeready cleaning & patch, float and paint nail holes, sand & paint a deck, replace weather stripping, power washing...I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, on several properties.In each instance I've been provided with a detailed estimate. The only changes from the estimate have been when we've added to it. In every case, the service was reasonably priced; even when I called out of the blue on the weekend and asked if something to be done that day.LEAP takes pride in their work, sets realistic goals and schedules, provides regular communication about the status of a project. They do all of this with a positive, friendly attitude and, as i said, very reasonably priced.LEAP Facility Services has earned my trust and confidence. I will absolutely call on them again (and again) and I HIGHLY recommend themThanks Abner and LEAP for making my worklife easier!Deck - sand off paint, tighten or replace wood, stain. 2 photos before, 1 after. LEAP Facility Services had always been there for me whenever I need help with any home projects and the work is exceptional. I've went with LEAP with three projects from fixing my cabinet sink, repairing the master bedroom door, and to fixing my toilet. They have been so reliable and most importantly they provide excellent work. You can tell they take great pride in their craftsmanship. Give them a try and you'll not be disappointed.
