Pro attempted several ways to repair my computer printer: unfortunately due to the age of the printer and factory parts failure, it was advised that it would be more cost efficient to purchase a new printer than to invest in purchasing and installing the failed factory parts.

Norman did a great job replacing the battery on my MacBook Pro. He communicated with me to ensure that I bought the right battery. When the battery arrived, we scheduled a time for him to do the work. He arrived as scheduled, completed the job, and even cleaned the dirty fans on the laptop.
