I’ve been training with Coach for a while now, and I can’t recommend her enough! Her expertise in strength training, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), and her guidance on nutrition has transformed my life for the better. Whether it’s through her dynamic group classes or personalized private lessons, she brings an infectious energy and deep knowledge to every session. Stephanie was very professional and responsive when I inquired about martial arts classes. The class she taught was probably the jiu jitsu instruction I have experienced. She breaks down the technique in an easy to follow manner and also makes sure to note what not to do (to help prevent injuries). I felt like each section of the class was building upon each other, which really helped me understand the technique better. I did the 2-week trial and loved it - from the afternoon classes, the early morning classes, to the open mat on Friday. Hopefully I can work out my schedule so I can join full time as I really had a great experience. I would encourage anyone on the fence to reach out and at least have a conversation about their goals!

Stephanie has a gift for training & is personable & very knowledgeable in her field. She has helped me tremendously with her physical training & by holding me accountable with her check ins. She is a huge part of the reason I’m on the right track for success. She listened to my fitness goals & takes into account my weaker areas(hips) when she leads my training. She is prepared & works me hard enough to be tired, which is a good thing. I always feel accomplished when we are done. She watches & corrects my form during my training which is something that is crucial. She also provides nutrition inputs which I also find helpful. I am getting stronger & leaner & my energy level is improving. I look forward to logging my food & personal workouts, checking those boxes. It’s been about a month & I am a work in progress. I plan to continue working with her until I reach my fitness goals & after to be in the best physical condition I can be in from now on. I highly recommend Stephanie! Time goes by……whether you are working on your fitness/health goals or not.
