FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a consultation to understand the home owners needs. Second, put together a quote to make sure the work is done correctly. Get approval. Third, execute the work. Fourth, ensure customer satisfaction. Simple!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to work for a roofing company and thought I could bring my skills and professionalism to the gutter industry. From there I started Lucky Duck Gutters to provide a seamless experience for customers wanting to invest in their home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who actually listens to what you need and explains things in a way that makes sense. Whether it’s cleaning or installing new gutters, the little details matter, like making sure water flows the right way, downspouts are in the right spots, and the place is left tidy when the job’s done. It’s also nice when the contractor is easy to reach and willing to show you before-and-after photos so you know the work was done right.
